The junior solon also discusses the upcoming fight for tax cuts and if the Senate's RINO Republicans will really go along.

Kennedy voices his disappointment at the defeat of the Republican backed measure - at the hands of three Republicans - but also says, "I believe in democracy." And he adds, that even after hundreds of hours of meetings, "I don't know what happened."
