Louisiana Governor John Bel Edwards tells 101.7 / 710 KEEL's Robert J Wright and Erin McCarty why, in his opinion, the recent legislative session was "an epic failure", and what he expects from his just called special session in the days ahead.

John Bel also tells KEEL listeners why, in his opinion, the legislature failed to reach a budget deal. But unlike Republicans, and even some Democrats, the Governor lays blame mainly on the GOP dominated House.
