State Rep. Cedric Glover and Registrar of Voters Ernie Roberson join 101.7 / 710 KEEL's Robert J Wright for another "Shreveport History Day.' In the course of conversation, the city's struggling economy comes up, as does an interesting solution to our economic woes.

The question is, "Does Shreveport have any economic woes that a major four year university couldn't fix?" And, despite the fact that the area has Centenary, LSUS, Southern and BPCC, what's the reason these schools don't attract a number of out-of-area students?
