Is This Democrat Congressman Threatening Violence If Illegal Immigrant Amnesty Is Delayed? [VIDEO]

Earlier this week a Texas judge ruled that President Barack Obama overstepped his authority as President in granting amnesty to millions immigrants in the USA illegally. That didn't sit too well with Illinois Congressman Louis Gutierrez.

Appearing on MSNBC, Gutierrez threatened America with "militancy" if the recent ruling putting a hold on the President's amnesty ruling isn't overturned. Many interpreted the Congressman's words as threats of violence, even terrorism, against America and its people...people that Guterrez has sworn to serve.
