Is The Drought Over?

We did get a good dose of rain over the past two days, but it was still not enough to bring us in line with our average rainfall for the year. 

Meterologists say we still need  more than ten inches of rain to get back on track.  So how much rain did we get over the past few days?  Three to four inches in most parts of the region, but some neighborhoods near downtown got close to five inches of rain.  This will help ease the drought conditions, but the drought is not over.
