Conservative leaders believe, and with very good reason, that the media are trying to ignore these scandals that continue too hang over the Obama administration. The scandals are real, yet President Obama and his aides continue to claim that these controversies are “phony.”

When the IRS targeting scandal came to light in May of this year, President Obama and the media took it very seriously. The IRS has even admitted to targeting Conservative Tea Party groups.

Another major development in the IRS scandal has broken with testimony by a retired IRS worker who said that “an Obama appointee was involved in the screening process.” Retired tax law specialist, Carter Hull, testified before the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee in the video below.

In an article from The Washington Times, Republican strategist John Feehery said, “He [Mr. Obama] can’t just keep turning to the economy as a convenient excuse to stop talking about stuff that he doesn’t want to talk about. The more he tries to do it, the less credible he is. I think he’s turned to the economy about 14 different times.”
