Is Les Miles Worth The Money?

This morning, we've been discussing whether or not LSU coach Les Miles is worth what LSU is paying him. After doing some digging, we've found his contract online and it is pretty impressive. Les is making roughly 4 mill and some change plus bonuses annually. After several lackluster season in a row, is he worth it? And more importantly, is it worth the 6 or 7 million dollars to buy out his contract to fire him?
