Last year, Brock Lesnar made his return to the Octagon. People were pumped to see the Beast lay hands on Mark Hunt. Lesnar ultimately dominated the fight. He was even being tossed around as a potential title contender. Then, he got popped by the USDA for using unapproved substances and was suspended for a year.

That suspension seemed to be the end of the line for Lesnar...but now Lesnar's career seems to have new life. Rumors started swirling last week that Lesnar had re-entered the drug testing pool and was working with the UFC for another comeback.

Then, earlier this week, rumors started swirling about a potential superfight between Jon Jones and Lesnar. And it seems like those rumors are growing legs.

While doing press for his fight with Daniel Cormier this weekend at UFC 214, Jones said he would love to take on Lesnar. Jones, widely regarded as the best pound for pound fighter in Mixed Martial Arts, said that if the fight happens it will be the biggest in MMA history.

Meanwhile, the AP reached out to Lesnar for comment and he said he's ready to throw down with Jones 'anytime, anywhere'.
