A Caddo Parish Grand Jury has returned indictments against a trio of Shreveport men.

Andrew Levell Smith was indicted on a second-degree murder charge for the May shooting death of Prentiss Britton in the 2900 block of Peach Street. He'll be back in court July 1st for arraignment and a preliminary examination.

Donnie Baker, Jr., was indicted for aggravated kidnapping and carjacking. He's accused of forcing his way into a woman's vehicle in a church parking lot in the 4100 block of Youree Drive this past April and driving away with her in the car. He'll be in court next Monday for a preliminary examination.

And Christopher Ware was indicted for aggravated rape for 2007 and 2008 incidents involving a juvenile. His arraignment is scheduled for June 24th.
