A homeowner who filed a home invasion report has, himself, been arrested. 29-year-old Rafeal Sinville has told police that he heard a knock at his front door and, when he opened it, two men entered the house. One had a handgun and they demanded money and valuables. Then they fled in a dark blue Crown Vic with dark wheels. However, as the investigation continued, detectives learned that while the men were inside the house, Sinville retrieved his own gun and exchanged shots with one of the supects. Nobody was hit, but that's where Sinville's situation got a little more complicated because detectives learned that he was also a convicted felon -- someone who's not allowed to own a gun. So they arrested him on that charge. Meantime, police are still looking for the two robbers.
