Hit & Run Arrest

A Haughton man was arrested early this morning on hit and run charges. Sheriff's spokesman Ed Baswell says 50-year-old Kirk Patrick Reedy was taken into custody after he was involved in a wreck near his residence.Baswell says, after the wreck, Reedy tried to fight with a person in the other vehicle. He says bystanders were able separate the two but Reddy got back into his vehicle, drove around the yeard, and rear-ended the other vehicle. Then he says Reedy drove his vehicle back into the yard and left on foot. Deputies found him at his home a short time later.
