Two Shreveport teenagers face new charges following an ongoing investigation into a series of armed robberies in Shreveport's Highland neighborhood.

Stevarrio Hogan and a 16-year-old male were both jailed for robbing a person in the 1200 block of Cornwell Avenue, after robbing another individual minutes before. They were caught following a brief stand-off with police at a home in the 100 block of East Egan Street. A third suspect, identified as 19-year-old Promise Loyd, managed to elude authorities.

Detectives have since gathered evidence linking Loyd and the 16-year-old to a robbery and kidnapping that happened June 10. They reportedly forced a man in the 200 block of Jordan Street to drive to a nearby ATM and give them access to his account so they could withdraw money.

A Crime Stoppers tip led investigators to a home in Richland Parish, where they found Loyd. In addition to the outstanding warrant for armed robbery, he also faces charges of armed robbery and kidnapping. The 16-year-old has also been charged in the robbery and kidnapping.
