A Haughton teen, arrested on drug charges less than two months ago, has been arrested again...on different charges this time. An off-duty Bossier City police officer saw 18-year-old Michael Arceneaux driving recklessly after leaving the crash on Highway 80 near Country Place subdivision last night. A Bossier sheriff's deputy located Acreneaux's jeep, which had heavy damage on the front, and pursued the teen, but Arceneaux wouldn't stop. He continued for almost two miles before finally stopping for the deputy. Arceneaux couldn't provide proof of insurance or a driver's license...and he admitted that he'd fled the scene of the crash. He was charged with aggravated flight, hit and run, and several traffic violations.  Arceneaux was arrested by the Bossier Sheriff's Special Investigations Unit back on August 31st on various drug charges. During that investigation, the department removed from the streets more than $28,000 worth of marijuana that Arceneaux and three others planned to distribute.
