The growing energy industry in northwest Louisiana has been good for this area's economy -- but rough on area roads.  So the State is chipping in a little over $10-million to reconstruct a four-mile segment of Louisiana Highway 3276 in Stonewall. Governor Bobby Jindal says reconstructing that stretch of Highway 3276 -- between U-S Highway 171 and I-49 -- will make travel in the region safer and improve the infrastructure for the energy industry.
