Gasoline Prices Still Rising

The price we pay at the pump continues to climb, with no end in sight.
AAA’s Daily Fuel Gauge Report says we’re paying — on average — $3.44 for a gallon of regular Unleaded in Shreveport/Bossier this Monday morning. At this time last week, we were paying $3.38. Statewide, the average now is $3.45. Nationally, it’s $3.56. For comparison purposes — one year ago today we were paying $2.71 in Shreveport/ Bossier.
