Mr. Durango Weeks pulled into a gas station just outside of Philadelphia, and just after filling his tank he looked up and noticed that the sign read $9.99 a gallon.

So, what's up with this?

In New Jersey and Pennsylvania over 50 Lukoil franchise owners have more than doubled gas prices to protest against this Russian owned oil company. They say they are tierd of their unfair practices.

Lukoil is accused of zone pricing by the franchise owners. According to the New Jersey Gasoline-Convenience-Automotive Association, Lukoil sells gasoline to stations that are very close to each other at prices that vary as much as 25 cents per gallon.

One franchise owner in Mount Laurel, N.J. said, “I feel they have been gouging us, I'm just trying to survive.”
