Garth Brooks Wants His Money Back

Garth Brooks is not a happy camper these days. He is asking a jury in Oklahoma to give him back the $500,000 he donated now that the hospital has refused to name a building for his late mother.

Now jury selection has been tricky because every member of the jury pool has heard of Garth Brooks and 18 say they are fans.
Brooks says he made the donation to Integris Canadian Valley Regional Hospital in Yukon because he believed at least some part of the facility would be named after his mother. He has sued to have the money returned.
