Bossier City Police Officer Chris Davis has West Nile virus and has been battling it for several weeks. So tomorrow his fellow officers and firefighters are holding a fund-raiser to help offset his out of pocket medical expenses. From eleven until one tomorrow -- or until they run out of food, whichever happens first -- the officers and firefighters will be selling lunches in front of the Bossier Police Department. They'll have grilled hamburgers, hot dogs, sausage, chips, and drinks available for both the public and city employees with all the proceeds going to Davis and his family.
