Three Shreveport men and one juvenile are facing criminal charges in connection with the alleged armed robbery of a local man late last night.Here's information released by SPD:

Just after 10PM on Feb. 27, 2015, Shreveport Police officers were called to the corner of Portland Avenue and Darien Street in reference to an armed robbery of an individual. Upon officers arrival, patrolmen contacted the victim, who advised a white four door, sports utility vehicle drove up beside him. Reportedly four male suspects jumped out of the vehicle and robbed him of his belongings at gun point, then fled the scene. Authorities broadcasted a BOLO out on the four suspects and the vehicle they were driving.

 

At approximately 2:30AM on Feb. 28, 2015, officers performed a traffic stop on the suspected vehicle, locating the four alleged suspects inside of the vehicle. Patrol officers were able to collect evidence that linked the suspects to the armed robbery. The four involved parties were transported to police headquarters where they were interviewed by investigators.  Interviews with the suspects resulted in the arrest of one juvenile for illegal possession of stolen things and one count of armed robbery. The juvenile was transported to the Caddo Juvenile Detention Center, where he was booked in for the above charges. Christopher Savore of the 5900 block of Attaway Street, Devonte Coleman of the 1600 block of Dickerson Street, and Duntavius O'Neal of the 2800 block of Judson Street were each charged with one count of armed robbery and use of firearm enhancement. Savore was also charged with illegal possession of stolen things. Savore, Coleman, and O'Neal where transported to the Shreveport City Jail where they were booked on the above charges.
