Former East Texas Physician’s Assistant Accused of Exposing Himself to Patients Faces Fifth Charge

A former east Texas physician's assistant arrested in July now faces another charge. Harrison County investigators have filed a fifth charge against Christopher Magill, this one dealing with an alleged sexual assault by physical contact. Magill is the PA who was charged after allegedly exposing himself to patients. He had his license suspended in Texas and in Louisiana, after allegations were made by female patients at the clinics where he worked. He was released on $500 bond on this latest charge.
