A five-month investigation by the Caddo Sheriff's Office and Louisiana State Police has led to the arrests of a store owner and two employees. 39-year-old Rajesh Kumar Agrawal, who owns the Kwik Shop in the 3000 block of Greenwood Road, has been arrested on ten counts of computer fraud for the illegal purchase of food stamp benefits during an undercover operation. One of his employees -- 25-year-old Tafoya Means -- has been arrested on four counts of computer fraud. Another employee -- 26-year-old Bridgette Simmons -- faces two counts. All three are accused of illegally purchasing food stamp benefits for pennies on the dollar from undercover agents. All three have been booked into Caddo Correctional Center.
