When it comes to fighting flooding, the Corps of Engineers says you only get one opportunity to get it right.That's why the Corps' Vicksburg District is holding a special training class tomorrow afternoon for local, state, and federal officals from throughout the Red River basin. Resident Engineer Richard Jones says the flooding that hit Bossier Parish two years ago is a prime example of why it's important to know how to fight floods before they happen. Jones says he's expecting somewhere between seventy-five and a-hundred people to go through the training.
