Fire Damages Bossier City House

Investigators are trying to determine the cause of a mid-afternoon fire in the 2100 block of Clovis Street.  Neighbors discovered smoke coming from the house just before 4:15 and called 911.  Then they grabbed a garden hose and tried to put the fire out by spraying water through a side window.  Firefighters got there within three minutes of being dispatched and found the fire smoldering in the kitchen.  They had it out in a matter of minutes.
