Fatal Wreck on 3132 Snarls Traffic for Hours

A wreck this afternoon on eastbound LA Hwy 3132 between West 70th Street and Walker Road claimed one life and had going-home traffic bottled up for more than two hours.  

The wreck happened on that short stretch of the highway that’s still in the Parish so, even though Shreveport police officers and Caddo deputies worked side-by-side to control the traffic, the Sheriff’s Office is actually investigating the crash.

Deputies say the wreck occurred just before 5:30 p.when a westbound Ford F-150 pickup truck crossed the center median
