The 2013 Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure will be bigger and better than ever. With a new location (Mall St. Vincent in Shreveport) and 8,000 people expected to take part in the race's 19th year, northwest Louisiana residents are ready to help stamp out breast cancer.
The 19th annual Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure will take place behind Sears at Mall St. Vincent in Shreveport on Saturday, November 2. The course will run through the neighborhood of South Highlands.
Participants can join a team, run or walk on their own or form their very own team.
