FIRST BOSSIER’S ‘HONOR OUR HEROES SUNDAY’ FEATURING

BOSSIER CITY, LA – This year’s “Honor Our Heroes Sunday” at First Bossier will be exciting! The outstanding lineup includes Former Air Force Staff Sgt. Spencer Stone, Capital Police Officer David Bailey and musical guest Ernie Haase & Signature Sound. The event will be held at First Bossier on Sunday, August 26, 2018 at 10:30a.m. A free breakfast reception will be held before the service at 9:15a.m and a lunch reception will be held after the service at 12:15p.m. in honor of local active military, police, firemen, and first responders. This year First Bossier will be adding another element to the program called “Hero of the Year Award”. A $1,000 cash award will be given for each hero category - active military, active law enforcement, and active firefighters. They will take nominations from the community. Deadline for nominations is Friday, August 10, 2018.
