Have Halloween Candy Left Over? Help Treat Our Troops

Do you have loads of candy left over from Halloween? Rather than throw it away, or eat it all and feel bad about it later, why not “Treat Our Troops” and encourage others to do the same?

For the second year, Waller Elementary School is collecting individually wrapped sweets, treats and snacks to “Treat Our Troops” deployed overseas and your help is needed.
Have candy left over from Halloween? Drop it off at Waller Elementary until November 13.

A collection box will be located in the lobby. Tax-deductible monetary donations are also being accepted to assist with shipping costs. Checks can be made payable to Soldiers’ Angels Shreveport-Bossier.

Help “Treat Our Troops” by dropping off those left-over sweets. Our U.S. troops will thank you.
