Cash prizes for winning gumbo teams. Pre-registration (on website) and entry feerequired to enter to cook. Fun day of gumbo cooking and eating with live music by the Glenn Rainey Band. Gumbo Gladiator samples available for purchase; other tasty Louisiana food and beverages available for purchase also. Free admission for those who are not cooking, but want to attend the party.
