A body found in a wooded area of east Texas has been identified. Harrison County sheriff's investigators, along with Marshall police, say it's that of 45-year-old Selonia Fay Rivers. Marshall police received a missing person report on Rivers on April 23rd from her daughter. She reported that her mother had gotten into a vehicle with an unidentified male on April 20th and didn't return home. The body was identified through forensic fingerprints -- and clothing found at the location where the body was found was similar to that listed in the missing person report. Rivers' cause of death has been ruled homicide.
