Early Morning Shooting: Suspect At Large

One person has been shot three times, twice in the leg and once in the stomach early this morning. And no one has been arrested.

The Caddo Sheriff's Office and Oil City Police are probing the incident, which investigators say happened around 4 o'clock this morning on Hwy. 1 in Oil City at Ferman and Alan Streets.
Details are sketchy right now. There's no word on the motive behind the shooting or the condition of the victim.
