A joint investigation by the Bossier Sheriff's Office and Bossier City Police Department leads to numerous drug and prostitution arrests. The investigation netted three drug arrests. Matthew West and Jennifer Kirtz were booked for possession and creation of a clandestine meth lab within 1,000 feet of a school, possessing heroin with intent to distribute, and possessing drug paraphernalia. Kenny Crossland was arrested for meth possession and distributing Lortab. Seven people were arrested for either prostitution or soliciting prostitution. Two of them are also charged with money laundering and racketeering.
