An Elm Grove man is in jail on domestic battery and other charges. Bossier sheriff's deputies were called to the 100 block of Debra Street to a family trouble call. 33-year-old Tony Hicks was charged with domestic abuse battery this past Monday -- reportedly for arguing with his girlfriend and pushing her head through a wall -- but when deputies arrived, Hicks took off and they were unable to locate him. Yesterday, deputies were called back to the same address, and this time caught hicks as he was leaving in his vehicle. Witnesses say that time, Hicks threatened them. Now he faces additional charges of simple assault, disturbing the peace, driving under suspension and no driver's license or vehicle insurance.
