Evidence found at the scene of a burglary links a west Shreveport man to the crime.  On July 25th, officers noticed the front glass windows were busted out at the Stop and Get in the 9400 block of Linwood Avenue.  They went in and saw that two cash registers had been removed and were found ransacked outside the store.

Crime scene investigators were able to recover blood evidence, which was sent to the North Louisiana Crime Lab for analysis.  That DNA was linked to 45-year-old Terry Brown, who police located at his home in the 600 block of W. 82nd Street.  He's been booked into the Shreveport City Jail on a simple burglary charge.
