Every year, the Caddo-Bossier Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness hosts some type of full-scale emergency response exercise and tomorrow's the day.This year, it will be held at the CenturyTel Center in Bossier City so don't be surprised if you see and hear lots of emergency activity in that area. In addition to area police and fire departments and other first-responders from throughout the area, about a-hundred local high school and college students will play the part of victims to test the surge capability and stress the emergency departments of eight regional hospitals. The drill will be conducted tomorrow morning and should last a couple of hours.
