Accident on I-220 At Cross Lake Bridge

This evening a flatbed truck caused quite the backup on I-220 at the Cross Lake bridge.  Because of the accident, diesel fuel spilled onto the roadway, effecting about a 50 foot section of the roadway, about 3/4 of the way over the bridge in the right lane. Police didn't let traffic through while the clean-up was happening.

710 KEEL's James Stanley was caught in the traffic for over and hour and and half. Traffic started to back up around 7:45pm.
