On this weekend when we remember those lives lost fighting for our freedom, I thought you'd like to see the Diamond and Silk speech at the National Rifle Association Leadership forum in Dallas from earlier this month.

This dynamic duo talks about free speech, the right to life and the right to bear arms.

Lynette "Diamond" Hardaway had a message for Democrats "you gotta come off that Democratic plantation. And baby if you don't believe me, we've got the battle scars to prove it." The duo got the conservative crowd fired up in saying "we don't need you spoon feeding us a narrative. We can feed ourselves."

Hardaway added "We are pro life, pro gun. We believe in One Nation under God. We believe that we have the right to bear arms and we will never lift our arms up to surrender our guns to nobody."

And she told those who have a problem with their views, the pair said "No, we don't need to rewrite the Constitution. You need to re-read the Constitution. And if you don't like guns, don't buy one. But don't infringe on my right to own and carry one."

Hardaway reminded the pro gun crowd "criminals don't look at the law before they commit crime. So don't blame us for what a criminal do. Don't penalize us for what a criminal do. And if people had more self control, we wouldn't need no gun control."
