It will, without a doubt, be a play that will be debated for years to come. On a fourth and seven play in Green Bay territory, Cowboiys quarterback Tony Romo went for it all, launching a throw down the sideline toward wide receiver Dez Bryant, who made an astonishing, leaping catch over a Packers defender. Or did he?

Following a Green Bay challenge and repeated looks at the replay, the officials overturned the on the field ruling, saying the pass was incomplete, giving the ball and, in effect, the game, to the Packers.

According to the rules, the receiver must make a 'football move' to show he has possession, and in the case he does not, the ground can, and in this case did, cause the pas to be incomplete.
