Shreveport police are investigating a fatal crash that happened last night on I-20 East at the West Bert Kouns on-ramp. Police say a group of teens had been driving east on I-20 in a Ford F-150, when a Honda Accord traveling westbound crossed the median into the eastbound lane. The accord broke into four pieces on impact. The pickup ended up in the tree-line south of the onramp. The accord's driver -- a 20-year-old female -- was taken to LSU Hospital, where she was pronounced dead. A four-year-old in the car with her is listed in critical condition. The driver of the truck -- 16-year-old Robert Horn the second -- was air-lifted to LSU. All the occupants in his vehicle are in stable condition. No citations have been issued so far.
