DashCam Catches State Trooper Saving Motorist From Overdose

For a variety of reasons, more and more communities are mandating that police be on camera at all times. But in this instance, a Maine State Patrol dashcam recorded a trooper saving a life...and in a most heroic way.

When Trooper, Doug Cropper returned with a ticket for a driver he'd pulled over for speeding, he noticed the driver was unconscious and not breathing. Cropper immediately pulled him from the car and started performing CPR, with speeding cars just inches away.
