CSO Investigating Weekend Pedestrian Death

The Caddo Sheriff's Office continues to investigate a weekend pedestrian death. Deputies say the victim is believed to be an 18-year-old Shreveport woman. Her name won't be released until next of kin are notified. The accident happened around 6:30 last night on the railroad tracks near Bert Kouns and Flournoy Lucas Road. Witness reported seeing a woman near the tracks earlier that evening. Detectives are looking into what caused the accident.
