Bossier City Police Investigating Womans Death After Her Car Apparently Ran Her Over

End-of-year numbers just released by the Bossier City Police Department show that overall crime was down 4% last year on the east side of the Red River.  The department says this is the lowest number of total reported crimes in Bossier City since 1981.  It also marks the ninth consecutive year that Bossier City has experienced a decrease in total major crimes, even though the number of murders went up.
