A man believed to have robbed two convenience stores earlier this week in west Shreveport has been caught. Shreveport police have charged 24-year-old Nolan Wilkens of Shreveport with two counts of armed robbery. They think he's the man who held up the Valero in the 2000 block of W. Bert Kouns, and just a few hours later, the Circle K in the 3300 block of W. Bert Kouns. When he was arrested, Wilkens was driving the same Chevy Cavalier seen in surveillance video from the Circle K robbery. He's now in the Shreveport City Jail.
