Community Blood Drive Coming Up Next Month

Two local businesses have teamed up to host a huge Community Blood Drive. Eldorado Resort Casino and LifeShare Blood Centers are holding the blood drive Friday, July 1st, at Eldorado's Grand Ballroom. It runs from 11:30 a.m. until 7 p.m. that day -- and each donor will receive a free coupon to Eldorado's Market Place Buffet. Refreshments will also be served, and door prizes given away. This is the second community drive for LifeShare that's been hosted by Eldorado. The first, held last November, garnered 116 donations -- and event planners hope to exceed that number at this next one.
