You bet your bottom dollar I'm going to revamp my entire garden with these babies!

In the few shorts years that my husband and I have been married, I have developed an aspiration to one day have a green thumb. I would love to be that woman who is planting in her garden each week and whose azaleas are the envy of the neighborhood. Sadly, I have yet to reach that level, but I'm ready to go at it again after reading about these plants that naturally repel mosquitoes!

With temperatures heating up, we are receiving reminders about just how nasty these little guys can be. They're annoying and their bites are a summer ailment we're not interested in, but they can also infect us with disease. There's never been a better time to take steps to protect ourselves. We can turn to sprays, Tiki torches and clip-ons, or we can just hid safely behind our wall of plants.

Thanks to County Living, we have a list of 10 plants that are natural mosquito repellents. I had no idea these existed. Of course, you can plant these guys around your home or you can crush them up and rub them on your skin for added protection.
