A Webster Parish woman who operated a cleaning service faces criminal charges for stealing personal and financial information from multiple clients.

The Bossier Sheriff-Police Financial Crimes Task Force is now trying to find out if there are additional victims. Detectives have arrest warrants for 29-year-old Kasey Alana Smith of Doyline on multiple charges, including identity theft, forgery and theft.

Smith is charged with stealing personal and financial data, including checks and credit cards, over the past two months that belonged to people who hired her to work as a cleaning woman. Agents say Smith then used that information for financial gain.

Smith is already jailed in Webster Parish for a similar crime. Authorities are asking Bossier Parish residents who hired Smith in the past to review their financial records, including credit card reports, for signs of suspicious activity. If you feel you may have been a victim, call your respective law enforcement agency.
