Church Burglary Suspect Arrested

Bossier City police have made an arrest in connection with a recent string of church burglaries. 27-year-old Michael Floyd Lewis of Bossier City has been booked into the Bossier City Jail on nine counts of simple burglary of a religious building. He was also charged with one count of simple burglary in connection with a break-in at Zacks River Village Mobile Home Park on Barksdale Boulevard. It was during their investigation of that burglary that detectives were able to tie Lewis to the string of church burglaries.
