There's some very important training going on tomorrow...and you're invited to get in on it. Do you know what to do if a tornado is approaching your home? Are you interested in learning how local emergency response agencies work together in local disasters? Then Community Emergency Response Team -- or CERT -- training is for you. The Caddo-Bossier Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness is holding the courses starting tomorrow, January 17th, and running for three additional Tuesday nights from 6 to 9 p.m. Those interested need to be at least 18. All training materials, including a light rescue bag, are free, and the training is going on at the Bossier Emergency Operations Center on Doctors Drive in Bossier City.
