Centenary College Gets Million-Dollar Donation
Centenary College President David Rowe has announced a one-million-dollar donation fromt he Steger family, who are long-time supporters of the college.
The gift will be used to establish the William E. Steger Centenary Endowed Chair in Enterpreneurship and Free Enterprise. Bill Steger was a 1941 Centenary graduate and went on to have a decorated career in the military and with the U.S.Treasury Department. A professor from within the Frost School of Business will be named to the endowed chair.
