Centenary Book Bazaar Set for Next Month

Final preparations are being made for the 27th annual Centenary Book Bazaar September 6th and 7th.  During the two-day sale, Centenary's Gold Dome is transformed into a giant book store.  

More than 80,000 gently-used items will be available for purchase with most priced from 25-cents to $5.00.  Shoppers will be able to choose from paperback and hardback books, DVDs, VHS tapes, CDs, cassette tapes, and puzzles.  Higher-priced rare items are reserved for bid auction.

The annual event is the primary fund-raiser for the Centenary Muses -- a philanghjropic group dedicated to funding projects and programs for Centenary students.  Since it began, the Bazaar has raised more then $1-million to aid the college.
