With temperatures expected to remain in the low 100's for the next couple of days, the Caddo Council on Aging has a message for our area seniors: Cool It! CCOA Executive Director Mary Alice Rountree recommends elderly residents stay indoors in the air conditioning -- and drink plenty of fluids.  She also asks that those who have elderly family members, friends and neighbors to check on them regularly -- to make sure they have what they need to combat the extreme heat.  The agency is also collecting box fans for seniors who need them.  You can drop those off at the CCOA office.
